My Fiftieth Anniversary

The Rhubarb Queen is ready, but the cover isn't. With the tax season taking more time than I expected and me being in the office each day, I haven't been able to put the required time into the artwork. The fifth story, Get Stumpy, continues to make progress. I'm almost done with the major revisions and expect to have a full draft ready before April showers come a-calling.

In the winter of 1975, I was introduced to the puzzle that came to be known as the Rubik's Cube. At that time, it was an engineering puzzle. Three of us solved the puzzle in March of that year. So this year is my fiftieth anniversary, so I decided to post a picture of my oldest cube. I'm not sure when I got this one, but it was shortly after I arrived in the States in 1981. One peculiarity is how the white and blue faces are opposite each other. For the past few decades, the white and yellow faces oppose each other.
As I write this, I'm listening to Paul McCartney's "We're So Sorry, Uncle Albert." Such a strange song, but it's a pleasure to listen to. Is there any topic they can't turn into a song?
