Kickstarter #2

The picture is the meta advertisement for the Kickstarter that launches my new book, Return of the Defenders. Clicking on the cover on the Return of the Defenders page will send you to my Kickstarter site, which is currently the pre-launch page. From there, you can select the Notify me on launch button to be added to the list of emails to be notified when the Kickstarter launches, when there will be some early-bird specials.

I've completed the second round of revisions for Withered Wizard, leaving only a final read-through by me before I send it to my beta readers. I will complete that read through this week.

Chris Hattan is nearing the end of the audiobook for The Fifth Kingdom. I usually take a few days to check it and then make the corrections. Then Amazon will take a fortnight to approve it, so don't expect to see it until July. Meanwhile, Linda McDade is expected to begin recording the audiobook of Return of the Defenders, which will be part of the Kickstarter campaign's early-bird specials.

As I write this, I'm listening to ELO's "Livin' Thing." This song came out the year after I graduated from the University of Essex. At that time, I'd just moved to Sheffield, and so I had finally left home to make my own way in this world. Three years later, I moved to the USA.
